Professional Consulting Services for an Irrigation Project Rate Study for the North Davis Meadows County Services Area

The County of Yolo is requesting Proposals from qualified Proposers to provide a Rate Study, consistent with Proposition 218 requirements (Cal. Const. art. XIII D, Sec. 6), for the North Davis Meadows County Services Area per the scope of work outlined in this RFP for a potential non-potable water irrigation project. The purpose of this Rate Study is to prepare a cost of service study for a non-potable irrigation water project using two existing groundwater wells, develop an appropriate rate structure, and recommend rates that generate adequate revenue to cover operations and maintenance costs based on industry best practices, rate stabilization, capital repair and replacement costs, and an adequate reserve fund.

Proposers who submit a response to this RFP must have the ability to meet all the requirements, including the terms and conditions contained in this RFP.
