Professional Consulting Engineering Services – Continuing Services Contract

The City of Crestview is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide Professional Consulting Engineering Services under a Continuing Services Contract, in accordance with Section 287.055, Florida Statutes (CCNA). This is a qualifications-based selection; no pricing or rate information shall be submitted.

Statements of Qualifications will be received until 2:00 P.M. (CST), Thursday, February 5 ^th , 2026, in the Office of the City Clerk, 198 North Wilson Street, Crestview, FL 32536. Late submissions will not be accepted.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 9:00 A.M. (CST), January 20th, 2026, at Crestview City Hall, 198 North Wilson Street, Crestview, FL 32536.

Scope of Services:
The City seeks one or more qualified firms to provide as-needed professional services including civil, architectural, structural, environmental, electrical, mechanical, and geotechnical engineering; landscape architecture; surveying; CEI; transportation analysis; stormwater and utility design; construction support; planning; mapping; and GIS services. Work will be assigned by Task Order and negotiated in accordance with the CCNA.

The City of Crestview reserves the right to accept or reject, in part or in total, any or all proposals and to waive any informalities as deemed in the best interest of the City.
