NOTICE TO CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT FIRMS
South Arkansas College, El Dorado, Arkansas, is soliciting responses from qualified construction management firms to provide professional Construction Management services related to the planning and construction of a new Baseball Ballpark adjacent to the West Campus of South Arkansas College, 300 South West Avenue, El Dorado, Arkansas. Construction management services required will include pre-construction phase services as a member of the design team and subsequent construction phase services.
The project will consist of a new collegiate baseball ballpark to include a NCAA regulation-sized playing field, spectator grandstands, dugouts, locker rooms, concessions, press box, offices, meeting rooms, and other ancillary structures, lighting, fencing, etc., including associated site development. The construction budget is anticipated to be approximately $7.8 million with completion required no later than July 1, 2026.
A detailed Request For Qualifications (RFQ) packet outlining basic project requirements, submittal format, and selection methodology and schedule will be provided to interested parties and is available by contacting:

Qualification responses to this RFQ will be used to screen prospective firms and determine finalists for possible interview and selection. The deadline for receipt of responses to the RFQ shall be 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 11, 2025.
