Professional Civil Engineering & Construction Consulting Services

Chester County, SC, is requesting qualification statements from professional civil engineering and construction firms to provide but not limited to Contract Administration, Civil Engineering, and Surveying Services for various projects. This project is being funded through C-Funds distributed to Chester County by SCDOT.

The contract will consist of but not limited to: roadway design and rehabilitation, drainage improvement, GIS mapping, surveying services, infrastructure inventory, contract administration, and grant assistance as well as all aspects of construction services, material sampling and testing, environmental compliance, work zone monitoring, certified erosion prevention and sediment control inspections, and other inspections as needed. The contract will be a two (2) year, (IDC) indefinite delivery contract.
