Professional Architectural Services- for DPW Facility

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Clerk’s Office, for the Township of Livingston, County of Essex, State of New Jersey on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 July 22, 2026, 11:00 AM prevailing time at 357 South Livingston Avenue, Livingston, New Jersey at which time and place proposals will be opened in the Council Chambers and publicly read for:

RFP NO. 14-2026  Professional Architectural Services- To serve as the Township’s “Design Professional” in The Township’s Use of a Design Build Procurement Process for Construction of a Public Works Facility Pursuant to, and in Accordance With, N.J.S.A 40a:11-53 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 5:34-10 et seq.

This proposal is being solicited through a “fair and open process” in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et. seq.:

Bid documents and specifications can be downloaded for no charge online  (upon registration) beginning on May 1, 2026.  Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. and NJAC 17:27-1 et seq.
