Professional Architectural/Engineering Services for CDBG-DR Single Family Housing Repair & Replacement Program

Project Description: The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide professional architectural/engineering services for several projects collectively referred to as the CDBG-DR Single Family Housing Repair and Replacement Program for a six (6) year term. The services will be utilized for the rehabilitation, reconstruction, and relocation of existing homes as well as new residential construction (1-4 units). The scope of work for each individual property will be detailed in a specific Work Order or Scope of Work document issued by the County’s housing program administrator after a property has been assessed and approved for assistance.
