Professional Aquatic Staffing of Public Beaches

The City of Framingham (“City”) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide sealed proposals for Proposals must be received by Wednesday March 26, 2025 by 10:00 A.M. at which time proposals will be opened pursuant to G.L. c. 30B, §16. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system.  Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

RFP documents will be available on Wednesday March 12, 2025 at 10:00 A.M on Vendor Registry.   Bids shall be submitted through Vendor Registry and are due on Wednesday March 26, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration

****** A non-mandatory site visit will be held: Monday, March 17, 2025 at 1:00pm.  Site visit will begin at Saxonville Beach location at 1 pm.  Interested parties will then proceed by means of their own transportation to the Waushakum Beach facility, followed by Learned Pond Park Beach facility.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
