AFFORDABLE HOUSING PLANNER

POOL OF SPECIAL PROJECTS PLANNERS

One (1) vendor will be awarded for Affordable Housing Planner and a pool of one (1) or more vendors will be awarded for Special Projects Planner(s). Appointments shall be for the calendar year of 2026. Price and other factors considered. The contracts will be awarded through a fair and open process, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq.

The applicant/proposer shall submit one (1) original proposal with original signatures marked “ORIGINAL” and one (1) complete and exact copy of the original marked “COPY” and should submit an electronic copy on a flash drive for EACH specialty bid.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING PLANNER

The selected firm or individual shall provide affordable housing professional planning consulting services to the Township with regard to its Housing Element and Fair Share Plan. The scope of work may require attendance at Township Council, Planning Board, Zoning Board meetings, and/or court proceedings, on an as-needed basis.

POOL OF SPECIAL PROJECTS PLANNERS

The Township desires to solicit a pool of one (1) or more Special Project Planners to conduct special planning projects on an as-needed basis. At that time, the Township will provide a detailed scope of work and request for cost proposals from one or more selected special project planners in the pool. The cost proposal shall be inclusive of all activities necessary to complete a proposed project and must receive written authorization by the Mayor and/or designee prior to any commencement of work.

NOTE: Each specialty applied for MUST have its own submission with all required documents. One submission noting several specialties WILL NOT be accepted.
