2026 Prof Services - Municipal Prosecutors

Pursuant to the Fair and Open Process described under N.J.S.A. 19:44A-1, et seq., the Township of Cherry Hill (Township) seeks proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from qualified law firms and/or attorneys licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey that wish to serve in the following positions: Chief Municipal Prosecutor, Municipal Prosecutor(s) and/or Substitute/Conflict Municipal Prosecutor(s) to the Township for the 2026 calendar year. All candidates are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27, et seq., as amended. (Affirmative Action; see Exhibit A included herewith). Each candidate shall submit proof of business registration with the New Jersey Division of Taxation (P.L. 2004, C.57) prior to the award of contract, but preferably with their proposal. The successful firm(s) and/or attorney(s) must demonstrate significant experience in Municipal Court practice, and particularly the prosecution of cases in municipal courts in New Jersey.

The successful firm(s) and/or attorney(s) will perform the duties as listed in the specifications.
