5811 Production of Jazz Under the Stars Concert Series at Anderson

For Summer 2025, the City of New Rochelle (“City”) is seeking an experienced, well qualified concert production company to book and manage jazz musicians for the City’s second annual Jazz Under the Stars Concert Series at Anderson Plaza. This year the concert series will begin on or about Thursday August 7 ^th . There will a total of five (5) concerts occurring on consecutive Thursdays. Concerts will begin at 6:00 p.m. and conclude at 8:00 p.m. The City reserves the right to move the start date of the Series back. Concerts will always occur on Thursday evenings and shall have different artists/bands performing each week.

The selected vendor will also be responsible for scouting, booking, managing, and compensating talent for the series of concerts as more fully described in this RFP. Concert production including stage design, stage setup, audio/technical requirements will be bid out under a separate procurement.
