Defense Logistics Agency (DLA-Aviation), Robins AFB, GA, will acquire for the USAF 409th SCMS the NSN 1680-01-181-9991UC, P/N: 4C95009-153D, Mechanical Actuator for the C-5 Aircraft.

SPRWA1-26-R-0004 is a written request for proposal for a firm-fixed price contract for a requirements contract with 4 ordering periods, with BEQs of 43, 14, 12, and 14 respectively.
The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Ontic Engineering, CAGE 45934 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Data is not available for this acquisition.
