Naval Surface Warfare, Carderock Division (NSWCCD), has a procurement request for 3-Year blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for calibration services to properly maintain ISO 10725 designated Tinius Olsen brand equipment located at the NSWCCD, West Bethesda, MD in Building 60, RM 152 (Rubber Mechanical Test Laboratory). This request shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
