Procurement of Water Meters, Registers and Advanced Network Infrastructure Equipment

Notice is hereby given that the request for proposal (RFP) specifications for this procurement have been revised as prescribed by this Addendum . It is mandatory that all  bidders comply with the changes detailed herein. This Addendum shall be signed by the Proposer and included in the Proposal response. All changes, omissions, additions, and alterations in, on and to the technical specifications will apply to proposals made for the procurement of the various parts affected thereby. Careful note of this Addendum shall be taken by all parties of interest so that the proper procurement requirements are considered. In cases of conflict between the technical specifications and this Addendum, this Addendum shall govern.

The City of Kerman invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the City’s procurement of water meters, registers, and network infrastructure equipment in accordance with the specifications outlined in this solicitation. A proposal will not be considered unless it follows the submittal requirements set forth in this RFP. Proposers under this procurement are also referenced herein as “Vendor” or “Vendors.”

Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the City Clerk, 850 S. Madera Avenue, Kerman, California 93630, by or before Friday, March 27, 2026 at 4:00 PM. (“proposal deadline”).

Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Marisol Camacho, Administrative Assistant, labeled “WATER METERS, REGISTERS AND ADVANCED NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE PROCUREMENT”, include the Vendor’s name and must be received by the proposal deadline. Proposals will not be publicly opened or read aloud. Proposals will only be identified as responding to the Notice Inviting Proposals.
