PROCUREMENT OF MOWING AND LITTER CONTROL SERVICES

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received in the Finance Office of the City of Royse City, 100 W. Main Street, Royse City, Texas 75189 until 2:00 p.m., February 4, 2025 and then publicly opened and read for furnishing of all services to the City of Royse City.

The Owner intends to provide a notice of award of contract within sixty (60) days of the bid opening. Bids without all required documents and information will be rejected.

Bids shall be marked “SEALED BID – “Procurement of Mowing & Litter Control Services” on the outside of the envelope.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received.  In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating prices in the bids, the City reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject the bid.  Unreasonable or unbalanced unit prices will be considered sufficient cause of rejection of bids.
