PROCUREMENT & IMPLEMENTATION OF

A COMPUTERIZED MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMMS)

SOLUTION

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter "City") requests proposals for the Procurement & Implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Solution (hereinafter “Project”) and will receive written proposals in the office of the Public Works Department, Boyd Service Center 520 N. Tracy Boulevard, Tracy, CA, 95376, ATTN: Nancy Barclay, Public Works Management Analyst, up to the hour of 12 p.m., July 9, 2025.

2. The services to be performed by the successful Proposer are described in the Request for Proposals (RFP) which is attached. Copies of the RFP are available in the Public Works Department and online at www.cityoftracy.org/government/rfp-notices.

3. All questions regarding this Project should be directed to Nancy Barclay, Public Works Management Analyst, via email Nancy.Barclay@cityoftracy.org no later than 12 p.m., June 9, 2025.

4. All responsive proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by the City to determine which Proposer best meets the City’s needs by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the City’s desired services. The criteria by which the City will evaluate the proposals are set forth in this RFP.

5. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive any irregularities in any proposal, this RFP document, or the City’s selection process.
