ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
NOTICE TO BIDDERS: OZARKS HEALTHCARE is requesting Sealed Bids from qualified licensed contractors to execute the scope of work to renovate approximately 10,300 SF of the first floor interior within the existing Ozarks Medical Center to create an outpatient procedure and endoscopy suite consisting of five procedure rooms, thirteen prep and recovery rooms, and associated support spaces. Submit bids according to the Instructions to Bidders.

OWNER: OZARKS HEALTHCARE, 1100 Kentucky Avenue, West Plains, MO 65775.
ARCHITECT: CROMWELL ARCHITECTS ENGINEERS, 1300 East 6th Street, Little Rock, AR 72202.
BID SUBMITTAL AND OPENING: Owner will receive sealed bids until Wednesday, March 12, 2025, 2:00 pm at Ozarks Medical Center in the Medical Staff Conference Room. Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
PREBID MEETING: Prebid meeting will be held at Ozarks Medical Center in the Medical Staff Conference Room on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, 1:00 pm. Prospective bidders are required to attend.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Cromwell Architects Engineers. Bidders may access complete electronic documents through the Cromwell Virtual Plan Room / Print Shop website. Contact: ThePRINTSHOP at www.theprintshoplr.com ; 1304 East 6th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202; Telephone (501) 400-1006. The plan room is free to access and view Drawings and Specifications. Hard copies of the Project Manual and Drawings may also be purchased for a non-refundable fee at ThePRINTSHOP.
Bidders, subcontractors, suppliers, and others who obtain plans directly from any other source are fully responsible for obtaining all necessary documents for a complete bid. This includes the verification and incorporation of addenda or revision bulletins, prior to bidding the project.
Interested bidders who wish to receive email notifications of pre-bid conferences, addenda, and other information should contact Cromwell Architects Engineers at printshop@cromwell.com .
All Bid Proposals must be submitted on an unaltered or modified copy of the Bid Form provided in the Project Manual. Bidders may photocopy these forms. The entire Project Manual does not need to be submitted with the bids. Faxed bids, phone quotes, and email quotes will not be accepted.
Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any formalities.
Bids must include the cost of Performance Bond and Payment Bond.
Bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Missouri licensing laws and regulations for contractors and shall be licensed before a bid is submitted.
