Project Description: The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) on behalf of the Problem-Solving Courts to locate a facility to host the 2025 Problem-Solving Court (PSC) Symposium, and at the sole discretion of the AOC, the 2026 and 2027 Problem-Solving Court Symposium. This solicitation is exempt from Maryland Judiciary Procurement Policy under Article I.(2)(B)(i)(IX). Competition is being sought solely to ensure the best value for the Maryland Judiciary.
