Solicitation Summary

Dear Vendor,

MSU is seeking qualified vendors that will be required to conduct formative and summative evaluations of the seven (7) activities within the HISTORICALLY BLACK GRADUATE INSTITUTION (HBGI) Title III Grant program. These evaluations will occur in phases and encompass two evaluation interviews per grant year. One interview will occur mid-year of the project, and the other will occur during the latter part of the year. A written report will follow each evaluation interview conducted by the contractor.

This report is generally due within 15 days of the visit. The report is to be submitted to the Office of Title III Administration, c/o The Director of Title III Programs. The report will outline the status of the project as well as delineate recommendations for continuing or discontinuing activities
