INVITATION FOR BIDSCity of Charleston MWBE Retail Incubator

The City of Charleston Department of Parks is soliciting bids from interested contractors for the

City of Charleston MWBE Retail Incubator. The Scope of work includes necessary demolition and

renovation of the space at 401 King Street. The existing space will be converted into five (5)

separate retail spaces for vendors, as per the plans and contract documents.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid for this project is January 28th at 10:00 AM on-site at 401 King Street,

Charleston, SC 29403. Bid date is 2/11/2025 at 2:00 PM at 823 Meeting Street, 2nd floor, Conference Room A.

Interested Contractors may obtain a copy of the bid package, no sooner than 01/21/2025 at aeplanroom.com.Documents are not available from the Project Manager.
