Notes	As part of the 2023 Bond program, the Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for #3329-25 Private Long-Term Evolution (LTE) Project. LISD is seeking to install a Private LTE system to provide outdoor connectivity for specific locations at multiple high school campuses, including facilitating communication for enhanced payment systems for ticket, food, and merchandise sales. LISD is seeking a turnkey proposal to complete all aspects of this project. This request for Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) follows Government Code 2269. Estimated construction/public works costs (subject to change): $2,000,000. This number will change as the project is developed but should be used as an estimate for the purposes of this CSP #3329-25 Private LTE Project. All interested vendors, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this request for proposal in its entirety and should submit all required bid attachments regardless of sole source status to be considered. Missing or incomplete information will have a negative impact on vendor evaluations. CSP #3329-25 shall be awarded at District discretion, to multiple Proposers supplying comparable products or services, also known as a multiple award schedule, or award the Contract to a single Proposer. The District's decision to make multiple awards or a single award will be based upon the District's sole discretion regarding the type of award that provides best value to The District. The engineering drawings and specifications for this project are outlined in the documents (attached under the "Attachments" tab of this proposal).
