Printing Services for Patient Billing

Project Description: The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSA) is soliciting proposals from a qualified vendors to provide printing of comprehensive services for monthly patient bill printing, mailing, and electronic delivery of statements in a timely, correct, and economical completion. Statements will be generated out of EPIC and sent to the vendor in PDF format for processing. This RFP is for printing and fulfillment services only. Debt collection services are not included as part of this proposal. No Guarantee of Volume. UTHSA does not solicit or guarantee any specific amount of compensation, volume, minimum, or maximum amount of Services under this RFP or any contract or agreement resulting from this RFP.
