Sarasota County is requesting quotes from bidders to provide provide printing services for the Emergency Preparedness Guide
The County will provide a print ready electronic file (PDF) of the guide to the successful print vendor along with a purchase order upon acceptance and validation of their quotation for services.
The printer will provide a proof-copy to the County for review and approval within 10 business days of issuance of the purchase order.
5,000 printed copies will be delivered to the location specified.
Background
Award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder providing the lowest total bid price.
DO NOT submit a quote of more than $50,000. In the event no responsive and responsible quotes are received under the quote threshold, the County may elect to cancel this Quick Quote and re-solicit using another procurement method.
