Printing Services

The County of San Mateo is seeking a qualified vendor to provide printing, graphic design, and typesetting services to County departments on an as-needed basis. Services may include but are not limited to business stationery, brochures, and booklets to specialty items such as controlled substance prescription forms, wide-format signage, and presentation materials. The County intends to award a master agreement that any department may use to place orders throughout the contract term.

The County is looking for a vendor that delivers consistent quality, competitive pricing, and reliable turnaround across a broad mix of standard and custom print work. The ideal vendor offers strong design capabilities, clear communication, and the capacity to handle both routine orders and time-sensitive requests.

The initial term of the agreement is three years, with two optional one-year extensions available at the County's sole discretion. The County encourages responses from vendors who can demonstrate the experience, resources, and customer service needed to support a high-volume public agency.
