The purpose of this solicitation is to receive proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive,
high-quality, and scalable printing services for the Central Health system. The selected vendor must be
capable of supporting internal and external outreach efforts across all Central Health entities and brands.
Success will be defined by consistent quality, responsive service, efficient order fulfillment, and the
ability to manage complex and high-volume projects.
