Brochure (booklet) - 16x9 - folds down to 4x9. Approx. 5 (16x9) pages, front and back. Stapled in middle, then folded in half then half to create 4x9. Also, a folded map (original size of 18x24 is folded and stitched separately in center for removal). We can send printer an older brochure so the layout is known ahead of time if necessary.

To be printed in 4 color process on 80# Enamel Gloss Text. The layout will be done by the department’s staff and be provided print ready, in Portable Document Format(PDF). No adjustments to the photos nor text will be expected of the printer. A proof is required before printing, with one allowance for edits by the Department after proof is received.
