Project Description: The City of Tempe ("City") is seeking quotations from qualified and experienced printing firms to provide printing, finishing, packaging, and delivery services for recurring monthly City publications. The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to establish a contract for the production of the following monthly printed materials:
• Lot 1 – Tempe Today Newsletter
• Lot 2 – Water Bill Mailer Inserts
o Includes optional half-sheet inserts as needed
The resulting contract(s) shall be for a term of one (1) year with four (4) one-year renewal options.
