Printing of Fall 2025 Edition of the New Paltz Magazine

SUNY New Paltz seeks quote packages from qualified vendors for the printing of the Fall 2025 issue of its alumni magazine, called the New Paltz Magazine. Services required include both printing and mailing. The New Paltz Magazine is a 40-page, saddle stitched, four-color processed magazine; an estimated 45,000 copies are needed for this issue.

SUNY New Paltz intends to make an award under its discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), for the above. A sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a quote for the above-mentioned commodity or service, you must contact the person(s) listed in this advertisement within 15 business days of this Advertisement Notice.

In compliance with the Procurement Lobbying Act signed into law by Governor Pataki in August, 2005, and effective January 1, 2006, permissible contact by an interested vendor in relation to procurements which meet the criteria of this law should be made only with authorized personnel of SUNY New Paltz who are designated as the contact person(s).
