Project Description: This bid is for one year mail processing services to address the districts need to distribute report cards to the parents of Buffalo Public Schools (BPS) students. Contract shall begin on July 1st, 2025 through June 30th, 2026 with the option for maintenance renewal for four (4) additional one year periods. (Renewal will occur at the discretion of both the BPS and the awarded vendor under the same terms and conditions of the bid). The pricing section allows an opportunity for the vendor to provide pricing for different quantities of mailed report cards needed. Report card quantities vary among marking periods within the same fiscal school year. No minimum quantities will be guarantee
