PRINTING/FURNISHING CANDIDATE SPECIMEN & OFFICIAL BALLOTS & ELECTION SUPPLIES-2026 GENERAL PRIMARY

INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller, 2 North Main Street, Suite 111, Greensburg, PA 15601, until 2:00 P.M. on February 17, 2026 for BID – PRINTING AND FURNISHING OF CANDIDATES SPECIMEN BALLOTS, OFFICIAL BALLOTS AND ELECTION SUPPLIES FOR THE GENERAL PRIMARY OF 2026. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. that day in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room #101.

The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.

An original and two copies of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder’s name and address and the designation:

BID – PRINTING AND FURNISHING OF CANDIDATES SPECIMEN BALLOTS, OFFICIAL BALLOTS AND ELECTION SUPPLIES FOR THE GENERAL PRIMARY OF 2026

Late Proposals will not be accepted or considered. You must follow all instructions on the attached set of bid specifications. Failure to do so may result in your bid being disqualified.
