PRINTING/FURNISHING CANDIDATE SPECIMEN & OFFICIAL BALLOTS & ELECTION SUPPLIES-2025 MUNICIPAL PRIMARY

Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller, 2 North Main Street, Suite 111, Greensburg, PA 15601, until 2:00 P.M. on March 11, 2025 for BID – PRINTING AND FURNISHING OF CANDIDATES SPECIMEN BALLOTS, OFFICIAL BALLOTS AND ELECTION SUPPLIES FOR THE MUNICIPAL PRIMARY OF 2025. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. that day in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room #101.

The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.

An original and two copies of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder’s name and address and the designation:
