ADDENDUM 1: The purpose of this addendum is to revise the due date and time of the Solicitation, replace Exhibit D: Price Schedule, replace Exhibit E: DEED Check and Warrant Samples, and respond to questions received by the deadline stated in the Solicitation.

***THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted.

Purpose: The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) in partnership with Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB), oversees the daily production of vendor, refund, and internal payment warrants issued from a variety of other state agencies. The resulting Contract from this Request for Proposal is for the printing of checks and warrants stock for the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) on an as needed basis. Quantities may vary.
The goal of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from Responders who have considerable proven experience with secure documents, including checks and warrants, and to print and process checks and warrants in an efficient and timely fashion.

SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Molly.Gunderson@state.mn.us no later than 3:00 p.m. CT, March 12, 2025. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the Buyer listed above may result in rejection of the response.
