Printing Bid

Project Description: The County of Butler will receive sealed bids for printing services electronically via the Pennbid program until 11 AM on Monday, May 12, 2025, at which time bids will be opened with the results made available on Pennbid. Bids submitted directly to the County of Butler will be invalid and considered nonresponsive.
General specifications and bidding documents are available at no cost on Pennbid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). Any questions regarding the project must be submitted via the “messages” feature in Pennbid no later than May 1, 2025, at 11 AM. Responses to submitted questions will be provided by May 5th, 2025. Bids shall be submitted electronically within Pennbid upon forms provided by the County.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 PM on April 28, 2025, in the Public Meeting Room on the first floor of the Butler County Government Center, 124 W Diamond Street, Butler, PA. At the pre-bid conference, potential bidders will be permitted to inspect samples. All persons or entities submitting bids must attend this pre-bid conference. Failure to attend this mandatory pre-bid conference will result in the disqualification of the bidder from bidding to perform the work and their bid will not be opened.
The County of Butler reserves the right to waive any informality in and to accept or reject any and all bids or any part of any bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
Bidders will be required to submit an executed anti-collision statement with the Bid.
The County of Butler reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the County.
