1.0 PURPOSE & OVERVIEW
The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive sealed Bids to furnish Printers, Multifunctional Devices & Toners for the use of The School Board of Osceola County, Florida (School Board). 2.0 SCOPE OF GOODS AND/OR SERVICES AND APPLICABLE SPECIFICATIONS
This Specification establishes the minimum requirements for this solicitation, listed and described in the body of these specifications, to be used as noted, by The School Board of Osceola County, FL. The intent of this bid is to establish a contract for a period of one (1) year from March 10, 2026 during which time the successful Bidder shall guarantee firm prices for the item(s) awarded to him as specified in this bid. 2.01 PRODUCTS OR SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED
The purpose of this bid is to select bidder(s) to provide printers, multifunctional devices and toners on an as needed basis. There are two (2) lots of printers, multifunctional devices and toners that the District can award on a per item basis, per lot basis or all or none for the lots whichever is in the best interest to the District. Product is separated in lots by categories; 1) Printers and Multifunctional Devices, 2) Toners. LOT 1 – PRINTERS AND MULTIFUNCTION DEVICES:
The following three (3) manufacturers have been approved for use within the School District: HP, Kyocera, and Lexmark. The products listed on the Price Sheet must meet the applicable minimum specifications listed below which have been approved by Technology Services Department and Purchasing Department. Bidder(s) must provide the most current product with the model number, part number and attach your specification sheets to your bid submittal. The successful bidder must submit a letter from the manufacturer certifying that the bidder is authorized to sell, service and warrant items offered on this bid. All products must include an All-Inclusive three (3) year next-business-day exchange/on-site warranty, with the exception of classroom printers, which shall include the standard one (1) year manufacturer warranty. • Discount % Off Manufacturers’ Established Catalog Price (you can list a range for example 25-35%). Printed Price Sheet will need to show Manufacturers’ price, discount % offered, School District Price.
• Online pricing showing discounted prices.
