Work under this contract shall include the development of a marketing campaign to promote the BARC animal shelter and adoptions center. BARC is seeking a locally based contractor familiar with and experienced in working inside the Houston market. The contractor shall develop graphics, flyers, ads, print signage, photographs, and all other materials in line with BARC’s branding guides for use in print advertising targeted at Houston pet lovers and interested pet owners.

If samples are requested, they must be given in a timely manner, free of charge, no freight, and will not be returned. This is a time sensitive project.


All work must be done by the quoting vendor and not outsourced to another party.
