Description
Provide comprehensive flooring services—including demolition, subfloor preparation, and installation of new LVT and 6" cove base. Work shall be performed in all designated areas on the 1st and 2nd floors except for the following locations: The lobby area (tile); Rooms 201, 209, and 210, which have been recently completed and are therefore excluded; and All restrooms, which are excluded from this scope of work.
