The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract with a single contractor through competitive negotiations for the procurement of grocery items, commodity processed foods, and non-food supply products. Alexandria City Public Schools (ACPS) invites qualified Offerors to submit proposals that comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this RFP. The final scope of services will be determined and negotiated with the selected Offeror.The resulting agreement will be structured as a primary vendor, bottom-line (annual) contract, based on a reimbursable cost-plus fixed fee for services model. This contract will also include options for renewal for up to four additional contract years.
