The City seeks to engage a Prime Design Consultant to provide certain services within their team through sub-consultants' engagement or provision of services in house, relating to the New Fire Station No. 11 Project delivery. These services include the schematic design, design development, construction document preparation, procurement phase support, construction monitoring and contract administration during the construction stage.
