The contractor shall provide all tools, parts, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to
provide mechanical repair and maintenance services for specific Agilent and other (Varian, Tekmar,
Cost to Customer (CTC) Analytics) equipment and instruments (hereinafter referred to as “the
equipment”) owned and used by Houston Public Works and the Houston Health Department.
The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment to ensure the equipment
remains in a fully operational condition.
