Preventive Maintenance of Draeger Anesthesia Units and Ventilators

Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West (M RCO-W), Army Health Contracting Activity, MEDCOM, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, sole source contract to Draeger, Inc. under authority of FAR§ 13.106-l(b)(l), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. This is for Software Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance for Draeger Anesthesia and Ventilators to support the Brooke Army Community Hospital (BAMC), Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Award will be on or about 20 March 2026. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811210, "Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance". The Small Business Size Standard is $34.0 MIL.
