2.27.24 - OMH issues C202050 for Boiler PM (Buffalo)

OMH would like to share OMH01-C202050-3650226 for the Preventive Maintenance of Boiler and Ancillary Equipment at Buffalo PC.

C202050 provides for the Preventive Maintenance and Time and Material Repair Services to all equipment and associated controls essential for the proper operation and functioning of the Boiler Systems and all ancillary equipment. The tasks associated with the Preventive Maintenance portion of this Work Plan are provided in Exhibit A. A Time and Materials (T&M) Proposal Form is provided (Exhibit D).

Service technicians assigned by the CONTRACTOR shall be thoroughly trained, certified and experienced to work on the equipment listed in the Equipment List, Exhibit B. The technicians will perform tests, checks, inspections, calibrations, adjustments, component replacements, repairs, and diagnostic assessment of the Boiler systems and have the technical ability to diagnose and repair system deficiencies. The CONTRACTOR shall provide documentation to the FACILITY of the competency of the personnel assigned to provide this service for this specific systems and equipment. The FACILITY reserves the right to review the CONTRACTOR’S technician qualifications and approve or reject all service providers based on their training and experience. The FACILITY reserves the right to conduct a security background check or otherwise approve any employee, subcontractor or agent furnished by CONTRACTOR and to refuse access to or require replacement of any personnel for cause based on, including but not limited to, professional, technical or training qualifications, quality of work or change in security status or non-compliance with the FACILITY’s security or other requirements. Such approval shall not relieve the CONTRACTOR of the obligation to perform all work in compliance with the Contract terms. The FACILITY reserves the right to reject and/or bar from the FACILITY for cause any employee, subcontractor, or agents of the CONTRACTOR.

The following MWBE goals are established for this solicitation: 30% Overall Goal, with 16% for NYS certified minority-owned business enterprises (“MBE”) participation and 14% for NYS certified women-owned business enterprises (“WBE”) participation. A 6% SDBOV goal has been established as well.
