2024-2029 Preventive Maintenance & Emergency Services for HVAC & Domestic Hot Water Systems for Campus Cottages 1-8 in Queens County

OPWDD’s Contract Management Unit for Bernard Fineson DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Preventive Maintenance & Emergency Services for HVAC & Domestic Hot Water Systems for Campus Cottages 1-8 in Queens County. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to annual start up service, inspections, and maintenance of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Systems and Water Heaters.

Any interested Contractor MUST attend the Mandatory Site Visit in order to submit a bid. The Mandatory Site Visit is to be held at 9:00am on April 10th, 2024, at 80-45 Winchester Blvd, Queens Village, NY 11427. It is strongly recommended that Contractors interested in attending the site visit confirm their intention to attend by contacting the Contract Management Unit at eny.nyc.li.contracthub@opwdd.ny.gov

References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. The bidder or its principals must submit at least five work references that will verify that the bidder has at least five years of experience. Bidder will be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the performance of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Systems and Hot Water Inspections, Start Up, and Maintenance services. Contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder that provides the lowest Total Annual Estimated Combined Cost. Prevailing wage will apply.
