*THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION*

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a requirement for Preventative Maintenance and Service for Conveyor Equipment Systems at the IRS National Distribution Center (NDC).

The NDC possesses various Conveyor Equipment Systems (CES) being utilized for tax product order processing. The CES includes Hytrol Automatic Conveyor/Accumulation/Sorter/Controller Systems, Wipotec-OCS Checkweigher Scanner Scales. The Contractor SHALL perform monthly on-site PM of the CES in accordance with the procedures recommended in the manufacturer’s published specifications, and in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

Period of Performance: 01/01/2025 - 12/31/2025 (Base) 01/01/2026 - 12/31/2026 (OY1) 01/01/2027 - 12/31/2027 (OY2) 01/01/2028 - 12/31/2028 (OY3)
