Pursuant to its discretionary authority under the New York State Education Law and State Finance Law, this procurement opportunity is limited to businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A (MWBE) of the New York State Executive Law. Certifications from other accrediting bodies will not meet this requirement, and cannot be accepted.
A mandatory Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday, October 16, 2025. Please email the Designated Contact below to inform them of the names of the attendees from your organization. Vendors that do not respond in advance will not be permitted to enter the College campus.
