Preventative Maintenance of Rees Environmental Monitoring System

This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responses from responsible sources. Naval Health Research Center (NHRC), San Diego, CA, intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with REES SCIENTIFIC CORPORATION, Ewing, NJ. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii).

Item/Service Description:

• Preventative Maintenance of the environmental monitoring system, inclusive of 174 points with 7 CAL-CO2, using manufacturer recommended PM documentation;


• Calibration of sensors using NIST traceable equipment;


• Installation of 3 sensors, and;


• Migration of nodes to customer supplied server.


• Period of Performance 8/16/2025 - 8/15/2026.

All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and have fully completed FAR and DFARS representations and certifications therein.
