| Description: | Preventative maintenance for Dual Beam Spectrophotomers |
| Summary: | The purpose of this contract is to provide inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair service for two (2) Dual Beam Spectrophotometers. The contract will be used by the Austin Water (AW), Water Quality Lab. The City reserves the right to add or remove locations, services, and additional spectrophotometers or adjust frequency as deemed necessary throughout the contract term. Other City departments and locations may be added as necessary. Equipment added to the contract shall coincide with the expiration of their warranty period and shall be mutually agreed to between the Contractor and the City. The Contractor may be required to work on equipment still under warranty in an emergency situation. |
