ADDENDUM NO. 1

PREVENTIVE MAINTENENACE FOR DURHAM COUNTY DETENTION CENTER

LOCKS & DOORS

(RFP No. 24-017)

This ADDENDUM No. 1 forms part of Durham County’s Request for Proposals (RFP No. 24-

017) – Preventive Maintenance for Durham County Detention Center Locks & Doors. All

other requirements of the original Scope of Services remain in effect in their respective

order. Receipt of this Addendum should be acknowledged on the Addendum

Acknowledgement Form included in the RFP document.

1. Bids are due by 2:00 PM EST on November 28, 2023.

2. A site visit will be held on November 8, 2023, at 10:00 AM EST at 217 S. Mangum

Street, Durham, NC 27701.

3. The last date for questions is November 16, 2023, at 3:00 PM EST. Attached is a list of

the questions received and the responses provided by the project manager.
