Presolicitation Notice for Market Fresh Milk & Dairy Product support for DLA Troop Support military customers in the State of Colorado (Buckley Air National Guard Base, Schriever AFB, Peterson AFB, USAF Academy, Army Brigade and SSMO/CO Army NG)

Solicitation SPE300-25-R-0050 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Milk and Dairy items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense (“DoD”) customers in the Colorado area – Buckley Air National Guard Base, Schriever AFB, Peterson AFB, USAF Academy, Army Brigade and SSMO/CO Army NG. The resultant contracts will be issued as a firm-fixed price IQC with EPA applied to Class I fluid milk items and firm-fixed price with two pricing tiers for all other items for the entire term of the contract. The contract period is expected to be from January 04, 2026 to December 28, 2030.

All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support.
