Receipt of The Port Authority Of New York And New Jersey's
Information Technology Service Management Provider

DESCRIPTION: The Port Authority seeks to prequalify firms ("Respondent" or
"Respondents") to:
1) provide information technology service
management (ITSM) for end-users, which
includes, but is not limited to desktop, server and
storage, database, and cloud support. The Port
Authority's existing ITSM environment is
ServiceNow.; and
2) integrate, and manage the ServiceNow cloud-
based ITSM solution, which is and shall continue
to be used as the backbone for all required ITSM
services.
Only Respondents prequalified based on the
prerequisites specified herein will be solicited to
respond to the upcoming solicitation, if any, for the
services summarized herein.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Port Authority), in accordance
with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC
2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will
affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement,
businesses will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this
invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color,
national origin, age, or disability in consideration for an award.
