Prequalification of Contractors for Period 2025-2026 (Notice of Renewal/First-Time Applicants)

Cobb County (“County” or “Owner”) is issuing this solicitation for Prequalification of Contractors for Period 2025-2026 (Notice of Renewal/First-Time Applicants) . Submissions shall be received before 5:00 pm on Friday, April 4, 2025 , via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cobbcoga . Late submissions will not be accepted.

Contractors are invited to submit Statements of Qualifications for bidding future water and sewer construction or rehabilitation projects for the Cobb County Water System. Contractors that are currently prequalified for Water and Sewer Line Construction, Cure-in-Place (CIPP) Rehabilitation, and Manhole Rehabilitation for the Water System are required to renew their prequalification status at this time. Contractors who wish to make a new application to become prequalified are invited to submit their Statement of Qualifications. The current List of Prequalified Contractors for all categories will be abandoned at the conclusion of this renewal process. Contractors are not required to submit Statements of Qualifications for all the categories. There are attachments for both renewal application and new applications for each category and completed applications should be uploaded where indicated on the Vendor Questionnaire to the applicable category.
