Background

The Norfolk Sheriff’s Office (NSO) operates the Norfolk City Jail, and has an ongoing need for janitorial, hygiene, clothing and linens products for the inmate population and the jail facilities. Due to security concerns and for the well-being of the jail population and NSO staff members, all products supplied to the jail must be preapproved by NSO.
